I heard a rumor that he was an American restaurant owner in New York, who used their service in the first place. Then someone who was a Chinese restaurant was on the lookout for cheap container, they found, and not in vogue.
Right? Right? Any interesting detail?

I remember he was in the food chain. Use in New England, the boxes in order to be placed in the shells, I think it was in the late 1800s, 1900. Mussels introduction to high prices, people who harvest clams do not know how to get rid of the boxes. Chinese immigrants bound for America. He started a Chinese restaurant, and they needed containers of cheap food. He began boxing or shells, and bam birth to take home food delivery avail.

is biodegradable! Therefore, poeple use. and also less expensive compared to plastic, which is not environmentally friendly.
